Simon Wythe, Non-Executive Director, has over 25 years experience within the Communications industry. Simon brings significant management experience and board level strengths to the executive team.
Prior to co-founding Inventa Partners Ltd, Simon was Vice President Strategy at Lucent Technologies, responsible for developing the Eastern European, Middle East and Africa regions driving a budget of $1 billion. He also drove key high value projects and provided executive support to Acquisitions, Mergers and JV’s as well as lobbying Governments and Country Leaders. Prior to this, he was responsible for Broadband Technologies in Europe for Cisco Systems, prior to this he was Global Director for one of Cisco’s 5 major global accounts. Prior to these roles, Simon held a number of senior positions at Newbridge Networks, Gandalf and British Telecom.
Simon is also the founder and owner of ShieldWell Ltd (a Manufacturing and Distribution business) and MPS Ltd (a specialist Recruitment Business), he is also a board member of Bowmarch Ltd (an Engineering company).
